About what?

About me.

I’m a photographer. The collection of images you see here is a visual journey spanning over 20 years. As I delve into my archive, I come to understand how, in the beginning, there was chaos — not just in my photographs.

Photography, for me, is an alchemistic process. It’s not just about taking pictures; it’s about the relationships between photographs. I have a deep passion for reading and sequencing images, as it allows me to dive into both the narrative and the visual layers of a story, uncovering hidden meanings and connections.

Living in London for 15 years was a transformative period in my life. It was there that I began my photographic journey. London was not just a place where I learned photography; it was where I discovered life in its multifaceted ways by absorbing the rich cultural tapestry of the city. Those years opened doors to many significant experiences and opportunities.

Currently, I am based in my hometown of Bern in Switzerland. Less of a cultural melting pot, more of going with the flow of the beautiful river Aare.

What else? I love cats. If I could own all the cats in the world, I would. But I can’t.
